The Territory of Eastocean Island consists of Eastocean Main Island, Nanyu Five Islands, and several surrounding islands. It is an autonomous territory of Starstar Nation. Administratively, Territory of Eastocean Island is divided into seven cities, including the capital, Nanyu City, West Cape City, North Port City, Jouluo City, Jiegu City, Dungyue City, Mount Eastocean City, and Five Islands City.
根據「東洋島主權授權條約」及依條約與「星星國憲法」制定之「東洋島自治憲章」，東洋島之主權由東洋島人民授權予星星國，屬於星星國人民。而東洋島人民享有自決權，得決定東洋島領土主權歸屬。東洋島領地有效法律含「東洋島自治憲章」、「星星國憲法」中授權自治相關內容、東洋島本土立法機構制定之法律及自治制度施行前未經修例之東洋島法律及慣例。星星國本土一般法律按現今「自治憲章」及「星星國憲法」，不適用於東洋島領地。
According to the "Eastocean Island Sovereignty Authorization Treaty" and the "Eastocean Island Autonomy Charter" established under the treaty and the "Starstar Nation Constitution", the sovereignty of Eastocean Island is granted by the people of Eastocean Island to the Starstar Nation, making it part of the Starstar Nation's sovereign domain. However, the people of Eastocean Island have the right to self-determination and can decide the sovereignty status of Eastocean Island. The effective laws in Territory of Eastocean Island include the "Eastocean Island Autonomy Charter", the relevant autonomy provisions in the "Starstar Nation Constitution", laws enacted by the local legislative body of Eastocean Island, and pre-autonomy Eastocean Island laws and customs that have not been amended. The general laws of Starstar Nation do not apply to Territory of Eastocean Island unless specified in the "Autonomy Charter" or "Starstar Nation Constitution."
「東洋島主権授権条約」およびこの条約に基づき「星星国憲法」に従って制定された「東洋島自治憲章」により、東洋島の主権は東洋島の住民によって星星国に授権され、星星国国民に属する。しかし、東洋島の住民には自決権があり、東洋島領土の主権帰属を決定する権利を有する。東洋島領地に適用される法律には、「東洋島自治憲章」、星星国憲法の自治に関する条項、東洋島本土の立法機関が制定した法律、および自治制度施行前に修正されていない東洋島の法律と慣例が含まれる。星星国の一般的な法律は、現在の「自治憲章」と「星星国憲法」によって、東洋島領地には適用されない。
按照東洋島自治制度，東洋島領地行使防務之軍事權及行使外務之外事權屬星星國政府，其他與國家級事務無關之事務皆屬自治範圍。東洋島領地依法在星星國有國會議席，國會議席及總統選舉等相關國家事務亦不屬於自治範圍。東洋島有民選總督，由符合資格東洋島永久居民選出，星星國總統任命，在東洋島領地代表星星國國家主權。
與實行總統內閣制之星星國（國家全體）不同，現今東洋島領地不設相當於「總理」一職，總督爲東洋島領地自治制度中最高行政官員，直轄行政府各司。東洋島領地內最高司法機構爲東洋島最終級法院。東洋島領地司法機構，在自治範圍內有「自治憲章」解釋權，及東洋島法律案件之終審權。最高級立法機構爲東洋島立法議會。立法議會爲兩院（會）制，分爲審議會（上院）和定例會（下院）。
Under the autonomous system of Eastocean Island, military defense and foreign affairs are under the jurisdiction of the Starstar Nation government, while other non-national affairs fall within the scope of Eastocean Island’s autonomy. Eastocean Island has parliamentary representation in the Starstar Nation's national assembly, but matters such as national parliamentary representation and presidential elections are not part of its autonomy. Eastocean Island elects a Governor-General, chosen by eligible permanent residents of Eastocean Island and appointed by the President of Starstar Nation. The Governor-General represents the national sovereignty of Starstar Nation within Territory of Eastocean Island.
Unlike the presidential cabinet system of the Starstar Nation, the current Territory of Eastocean Island does not have a position equivalent to "Prime Minister." The Governor-General is the highest executive official of the autonomous government and directly oversees all administrative departments. The highest judicial body in Eastocean Island is the "Eastocean Island Final Court", which holds the power of constitutional interpretation within the autonomous framework and acts as the court of final appeal for legal cases in Eastocean Island. The highest legislative body is the "Eastocean Island Legislative Assembly", which operates under a bicameral system with the Deliberative Council (Upper House) and the Regular Council (Lower House). ]
東洋島の自治制度に従い、東洋島領地の国防権（軍事権）および外交権は星星国政府が行使し、それ以外の国レベルに関連しない事務は自治の範囲に属する。東洋島領地は星星国の国会に議席を持ち、国会議席や大統領選挙などの国家事務は自治の範囲に含まれない。東洋島には住民選挙で選ばれた総督が存在し、資格を有する東洋島の永久住民が選出し、星星国の大統領が任命する。総督は東洋島領地で星星国の国家主権を代表する。
大統領内閣制（半大統領制）を採用している星星国（全体）とは異なり、現在の東洋島領地には「総理」に相当する職位が存在せず、総督が東洋島の最高行政官として行政府を直接統括している。東洋島の最高司法機関は「東洋島最終級法院」であり、自治範囲内の「自治憲章」の解釈権および東洋島の法律案件の最終審判権を持つ。最高立法機関は「東洋島立法議会」であり、審議会（上院）と定例会（下院）の二院制を採用している。
按照「自治憲章」，東洋島得制定領地旗幟和徽章，代表領地。現行東洋島領地旗幟由星星國國旗之藍白黃三色組成，長短邊比例爲七比四，三角形寓意船帆、波浪和魚。現行徽章徽章爲帆船章。
Under the "Autonomy Charter", Eastocean Island has the right to establish a territorial flag and emblem. The current Territory of Eastocean Island flag is based on the national flag of Starstar Nation, featuring blue, white, and yellow colors, with a 7:4 aspect ratio. The triangular design symbolizes sails, waves, and fish. The current emblem is the "Sailing Ship Emblem."
「自治憲章」に基づき、東洋島は領地の旗と紋章を制定する権利を有する。現在の東洋島領地の旗は星星国の国旗に由来し、青・白・黄の三色で構成され、縦横比は7対4である。三角形のデザインは、帆、波、魚を象徴している。現在の紋章は「帆船章」である。
